WWII bomb damage and disrepair into the 1970s led a vibrant and resourceful group of squatters formed a co-op and restored the abandoned buildings. Residents formed the Bonnington Square Garden Association to transform the communal spaces into a 'Pleasure Gardens' to echo the area's 1790s historic themed attraction as 'a unique mix of the classic English and the exotic tropical, of gentle textures and the bold architecture'.

Hello and welcome to Bonnington Square Bed and Breakfast. I started my business with a single interest: to ensure you get the best of your stay in London. Since I started inviting guests to this typical London apartment a couple years ago I have continued to make improvements taking account of guest comments and requests. It's fun and I enjoy meeting new people visiting London and my job really is a joy. My hobby is gardening and I give my spare time to maintaining the community gardens as well as voluntary work with the Roots and Shoots Outreach Programme in Kennington and Vauxhall City Animal Farm. I donate to the local homeless charities at Christmas instead of exchanging cards.
I'm your host Andy, a native Londoner - let me show you how to best make your stay in london truly memorable. Experience the personal service and attention that has delighted so many of my guests.Contact Me
